Inbound calls for assistance with booking cruises from customers and client’s Travel Agent partners.
Assist customers with online book orders and more.
Answer calls (during tax season) for one of the top tax software providers in the country.
Certify working from home as a contractor to provide customer service for our car rental client.

Getting Started-Your Investment
As a CSP (customer service professional) contracting through our company you are responsible for your initial client certification, servicing fees and the equipment you’ll need to service the client of your choosing successfully.
EQUIPMENT: Ensuring you have the proper equipment to work successfully from home should be top priority when considering this great work from home opportunity; your equipment determines whether you’ll be able to successfully complete client courses and begin servicing. Not having the right equipment in the beginning can cost you your investment this is why we ensure this does not happen to our CSPs (Customer Service Professionals) by requiring that before you enroll to join our team you have the following:
Minimum Equipment Requirements:
1. Landline Phone-with no special features such as call waiting, fax or voicemail-this ensures that as you’re providing customer service to our clients you’re not interrupted by such features.(required)
Note: Cell Phones, Magic Jack, Google Voice or any other VOIP services are not permitted.
2. High Speed Broadband Internet (Cable or DSL) (required)
Note: During client training and servicing you must be hard-wired via ethernet cable from your Cable or DSL modem to your computer. Wireless is not permitted.
3. Windows 7, 8, 8.1 or 10 (required)
4. USB Headset with Microphone (needed for Certification) Logitech, Plantronics, Microsoft, or similar brands recommended.
5. Hard-wired Telephone and headset (needed for Production) Plantronics T10 or similar recommended.

During admissions/enrollment into your first client opportunity you’ll be opted to complete a background check.

Client Certification: (Cost may vary based on client.)
CSPs contracting through our company can choose the client job opportunities that are the best fit for your life. You can also service multiple clients as long as you complete and pass the professional and virtual certification that is both live instructor led and self-paced. The cost for Client Certification can vary based on the client between $0.00-$149.00. During enrollment days we let you know available clients and certification cost. Certification Cost covers job aids and learning materials, your drug-screens (if applicable) and more. Being a contractor means we are not direct employees of the clients we service so we are not paid for certification but you’ll be able to quickly and easily recover your investment by ensuring that when you pick a client your attendance (in certification) is 100% in order to successfully pass to begin servicing in as little as 2-6 weeks depending on the client.

Our servicing fee is 8%-10% based on Payroll amount. Information on revenue is issued (before choosing a client) to active CSPs who have completed and passed the enrollment process.
